The Company sets forth the terms of use (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") for the services (hereinafter referred to as "the Services") provided on this website as follows. Please read these Terms carefully before using the Services.

Chapter 1: General Provisions
Article 1: Scope and Changes to these Terms
These Terms define the terms and conditions for the use of the Services common to the websites operated by the Company.
These Terms shall apply to all users (defined in Article 3) in relation to the use of the Services. Users cannot use the Services unless they agree to these Terms.
The Company may change all or part of these Terms without obtaining prior consent from users, by posting on the website or by notifying users through email or other methods deemed appropriate by the Company.
If all or part of these Terms are changed, the revised Terms shall apply to the use of the Services, and users shall comply with the revised Terms only.

Article 2: Use of the Services
Users shall use the Services in compliance with laws, regulations, directives, these Terms, and the privacy policy separately established by the Company.

Chapter 2: Users
Article 3: Definition of Users
In these Terms, "users" collectively refer to those who understand and accept all the content of these Terms and search, browse or use the images, texts, designs, logos, videos, programs, ideas, information, etc. (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Content") provided through the Services by the Company.

Article 4: Members
In these Terms, "members" collectively refer to those who, among the users, understand and accept all the content of these Terms, apply for membership registration in accordance with the procedures specified by the Company, and are approved by the Company.

Article 5: Membership Registration
Applicants for membership registration shall apply for membership registration by following the procedures specified by the Company on the membership registration page of the Services.
When the Company approves the application for membership registration from the applicant, it shall send a registration confirmation email and register the applicant as a member upon receipt of the email. However, the Company shall not approve the registration if any of the following applies:
(1) It is discovered that the applicant for membership registration has been subject to measures such as cancellation of membership registration in the past due to violations of the terms of service for any service provided by the Company (including these Terms, but not limited to them).
(2) It is discovered that the applicant's application contains false information.
(3) It is discovered that the applicant has had a history of non-performance of payment obligations such as fees for any service provided by the Company without a legitimate reason, long-term inability to receive products, refusal to return or exchange products, non-responsiveness for a long period, or other non-performance of obligations.
(4) It is discovered that the applicant has engaged in the prohibited acts specified in Article 17 of these Terms in the past.
(5) The Company reasonably determines that it is inappropriate to approve the registration from the perspective of the operation and management of the Services.

Article 6: Changes in Registration Information
Members must provide true and accurate information to the Company upon registration, and if there are any changes in part or all of the information registered with the Company, the member shall promptly change the registration information by the method separately specified by the Company. The Company shall not be responsible for any damages arising from the member's failure to update the registration information as appropriate.

Article 7: Suspension of Service and Cancellation of Membership Registration
The Company may, without prior notice, suspend the use of the Service, cancel the membership registration, or take any other measures that the Company deems appropriate against the member if any of the following apply. The Company shall not be responsible for any disadvantages or damages suffered by the member as a result of the measures taken by the Company based on this Article.

(1) If it is found that the member has been subjected to cancellation of membership registration or other measures due to violations of the terms of any service provided by the Company in the past

(2) If it is found that the registered information contains false information

(3) If it is found that the member has a history of non-performance of payment obligations such as fees for any service provided by the Company without a legitimate reason, inability to receive products for a long period of time, refusal of returns or exchanges, lack of response to communications for a long period of time, or other non-performance of obligations

(4) If it is found that the member has engaged in activities prohibited by Article 17 of these Terms in the past

(5) If the member is deceased or is subject to the commencement of guardianship, curatorship, or assistance

(6) If the Company determines that the member is a member of an antisocial force, or is cooperating or involved in the maintenance, operation, or management of an antisocial force through funding or other means, or is engaged in any interaction or involvement with an antisocial force

(7) If the Company determines that it is necessary for the operation and maintenance of the Service

(8) If the member violates any provision of any terms and conditions established by the Company, including these Terms but not limited to them

Article 8: Withdrawal Procedure
Members may withdraw from the Service at any time by following the procedure specified by the Company. Members shall lose their membership status when the Company receives their withdrawal application.

Article 9: Management of User ID and Password
Each member shall have one User ID. Members shall be responsible for strictly managing and storing their User ID and password set by themselves during membership registration. Members shall not allow third parties to use their User ID and password, nor transfer, sell, inherit, lend, disclose or leak their User ID and password to third parties, except with the prior consent of the Company. Members shall promptly notify the Company if they become aware that their User ID or password is being used improperly by a third party. Members shall be responsible for any damages resulting from inadequate management of their User ID or password, errors or negligence in use, unauthorized use by third parties, and the Company shall not assume any responsibility. If a member forgets their User ID or password, they shall notify the Company and follow the Company's instructions. The use of the Service through the User ID and its corresponding password shall be deemed to be the use by the member themselves.

Article 10: Use of Personal Information
The Company shall handle the personal information of members obtained in connection with the use of the Service in accordance with the separate "Privacy Policy" established by the Company.

Article 11: Purchase of Products
Members may purchase products and other items from our company using this service. If a member wishes to purchase products or other items, they shall apply for purchase or use according to the method separately designated by our company. Upon clicking the button to place an order after confirming the delivery address and order details entered and registered by the member, and once a confirmation email regarding the order content has been received by the member from our company, a sales contract for the said products and other items shall be established between the member and our company. If a sales contract is established, our company shall accept the cancellation of the order only if the member contacts us to request cancellation by 5 pm on the same day of the order. However, cancellations after 5 pm on the same day will not be possible. Members cannot return or exchange products after receiving them, and even if the member wishes to return or exchange products after receiving them, our company is not obligated to refund the product price, handling fees, or shipping fees to the user. However, this does not apply if there is a notification of non-performance from the credit card company designated by the member.

Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, if there is any fraudulent or inappropriate act in relation to the use of this service, our company may cancel, rescind, or take other appropriate measures regarding the sales contract.

Article 12: Payment Method
The total payment amount for products and other items includes the purchase price, which includes consumption tax, and any related handling fees and shipping fees. Payments for products and other items purchased through this service are limited to the member's own credit card or other payment methods separately approved by our company. If paying by credit card, members shall comply with the terms and conditions separately contracted with the credit card company. In addition, if any disputes arise between the member and the credit card company or other related parties regarding the use of the credit card, the member shall resolve the issue with the credit card company at their own responsibility.

Special provisions for credit card fraud prevention
As a measure against the increasing incidence of credit card fraud in recent years, our company has established the following special provisions for some members who place orders:
- For members who have completed an order using credit card payment, we will send an email regarding credit card holder usage confirmation to the registered email address. In some cases, we may require phone verification or submission of documents related to the order, and members agree to this upon completion of the order. However, if the member is unable to fulfill the submission obligation due to any circumstances, or if our company deems it inappropriate, we may allow the member to change the payment method.
- If you do not receive the email regarding credit card holder usage confirmation at your registered email address within 24 hours, please contact our company.
※ Our company shall not be held responsible for any delivery failure due to server issues, domain settings, spam email blocking filters, or any other problems if you do not contact us.
- If there is no response from the member within 5 days (including weekends and holidays) regarding the credit card holder usage confirmation email, or if the member cannot fulfill the conditions specified by our company for credit card holder usage confirmation by the deadline, our company may cancel the member's order without notice and shall not guarantee stock in any case. After the response deadline, we shall not be obligated to respond to any requests from the member. However, if the member completes payment by the deadline using another payment method specified by our company, we shall confirm the order and guarantee stock.

Article 13: Exemption from Liability for Products, etc.
Except as provided in the preceding article, our company shall not be responsible for the quality, material, function, performance, compatibility with other products, or any other defects of the products and other items sold through this service, nor for any damages, losses, or disadvantages arising from these causes.

Our company shall be relieved from the obligation to deliver the products and other items by contacting the member at the registered contact information and delivering the products and other items to the delivery address specified at the time of purchase in case of any trouble caused by an unknown delivery address or similar issues.

While our company makes every effort to ensure the availability of stock items, in the unlikely event that an item is out of stock, or if we cannot provide a product due to incorrect pricing or other errors in the description, we may cancel the application from the member. In such cases, we will notify the member separately about the detailed response. However, the member shall not be able to claim any damages, compensation, or loss reimbursement from our company for any cancellations.

Regardless of the legal cause of action, our company shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or disadvantages relating to the use of this service and the products sold through this service, other than as provided in the preceding article.

2. Browsing of linked websites through this service

Article 15: Use of Account Page
Members can use the account page designated by our company. Members can view the various functions on their account page after logging in and enter, change, update, or delete information related to each function.

Article 16: Disclaimer
When our service provides links to other websites or resources or when third-party websites or resources provide links to our service, our company is not responsible for any warranties or liabilities related to the contents, use, and results (including legality, validity, accuracy, reliability, safety, currency, and completeness, but not limited to these) of the linked websites or resources. We may delete links to websites or resources that are illegal or inappropriate for the management and operation of our service, without notifying the member.

If there are transactions with advertisers (including, but not limited to, participation in sweepstakes promotions) conducting advertising or promotions within the service, the user shall transact with the advertiser at their own discretion and responsibility, and our company shall not be responsible for any such transactions. Our company shall be exempted from its obligations by processing the member's registration information.

In the event that a member causes damage to other users or third parties by using this service, the member shall resolve the issue at their own expense and responsibility, and shall not cause any damage, loss, or disadvantage to our company.

Article 17: Prohibited Activities
Users are prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities. If these prohibitions are violated and cause damage to our company or a third party, the user shall be responsible for compensating all damages (including reasonable attorney fees).

Acts that cause annoyance, disadvantage, or damage to other users, third parties not using the service, or our company, or acts that may potentially cause such outcomes
Acts that infringe or may potentially infringe on the copyrights, intellectual property rights, portrait rights, personality rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other rights of other users, third parties not using the service, or our company
Using the service for commercial purposes (excluding those previously approved by our company)
Acts that violate public order, morals, or other laws, or acts that may potentially do so
Registering information containing falsehoods or that could cause misunderstandings
Using content obtained through the service beyond the scope of personal use
Reproducing, selling, publishing, distributing, publicly disclosing, or engaging in similar activities with content obtained through the service, either directly or through other users or third parties
Collecting, storing, or preserving personal information of other users

Any other acts that our company reasonably deems to be inappropriate or damaging to our reputation

Article 18 Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights of the content provided through this service shall exclusively belong to our company. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or any other unauthorized secondary use of our content, regardless of the purpose, is prohibited by domestic and international copyright laws and other laws. If such acts are discovered, our company shall immediately take legal action. In case of any disputes arising with third parties due to a violation of this provision, the member shall resolve such disputes at their own responsibility and expense and shall not cause any damage, loss, or disadvantage to our company.

Chapter 6 Service Operation

Article 19 Information Management
Our company collects the following information regarding users' access history for the purpose of investigating users' access history and usage, or improving services to users:
(1) Information related to the IP address or mobile device identification number when a user accesses the server of this service
(2) User's access information obtained through the use of cookie technology (a technology that temporarily writes data to a user's computer through a web browser to record the date and time of the user's last visit to the site, the number of visits to the site, etc.)
Users agree in advance that if they set their web browser to refuse cookies, the use of this service may be restricted.

Article 20 Maintenance of this Service
Our company may temporarily suspend or discontinue all or part of the provision of this service without prior notice to users in any of the following cases in order to maintain the good operating condition of this service. Regular maintenance and emergency maintenance of the computer system (hereinafter referred to as the "System") for providing this service

When the operation of the System becomes difficult due to social unrest, such as war, civil strife, terrorism, riots, or disturbances

Article 21 Prohibition of Assignment of Rights and Obligations

Article 22 Handling in the Case of Business Transfer, etc.
In the event that our company transfers or succeeds the business related to this service or this service to a third party, our company may succeed its status, rights, and obligations under these Terms and Conditions, as well as members' registration information, to the transferee, etc. as a result of such transfer. Members shall be deemed to have agreed in advance to such transfer in this article.

Article 23 Governing Law and Jurisdiction by Agreement
All disputes related to this service and these Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of Bulgaria. All disputes, lawsuits, claims, or proceedings arising from this agreement shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of Bulgaria.

Article 24 Exchange, Returns, and Refunds
Returns
If the delivered product is defective or if a product different from the order has been delivered, we will handle it by returning or exchanging the product.

Please note that we do not accept returns due to customer convenience (size does not fit, different from the image, wrong order, etc.).
Returns of products purchased at COBUTACO MARKET cannot be handled in-store.

If you wish to exchange, please refer to the exchange procedure.

Return Procedure
In case of defective products or incorrect shipments, please contact us via the inquiry form regarding returns and exchanges within 10 days after the product arrival and send the product back.

Please be sure to return the documents (delivery notes, etc.) that were enclosed with the product at the time of arrival.

If an exchange cannot be accepted due to stock shortage, etc., we will process a refund within 3 business days after confirming the returned product. Please understand.

Shipping cost for returns and exchanges
In the case of returns and exchanges due to defective products or incorrect shipments, we will bear the cost.

Cases where returns are not accepted
・ Cases due to customer convenience (size does not fit, different from the image, etc.).

・ If we do not receive notification of return or exchange within 10 days after the product arrival.

・ If the product has been used or the tag has been removed.

・ If the condition of the product when returned to our company is significantly different from the condition at the time of delivery.

・ Sale items

Exchanges
Exchanges will be accepted only if you contact us regarding returns and exchanges and return the product with the required documentation within 10 days after the product's arrival.

For exchanges due to customer convenience, we generally exchange the size of the same item. Please note that we do not accept returns or refunds for exchanged products.

We cannot handle exchanges for items purchased through our online shop at physical stores.

Exchange Procedure
Please contact us through the inquiry form regarding returns and exchanges and send the product to the return address provided in our reply email within 10 days after the product's arrival.

Please also return any documents (such as delivery notes) that were included with the product when it arrived.

We will ship the exchange product after we receive the returned product, confirm it is unused, and have the relevant product available. Please note that exchanges are only possible if the desired product is in stock.

If an exchange is not possible due to stock unavailability, we will process a refund within 3 business days after confirming the returned product. Please understand.

Shipping Costs for Exchanges
For exchanges due to customer convenience, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost of returning the product to our company.

For exchanges due to defective products or incorrect shipments, we will bear the cost.

Ineligible Exchanges
We cannot accept exchanges under the following conditions:

・ Products that have been received for more than 10 days.

・ Products that have been used or show signs of use after delivery.

・ Products with missing parts or accessories upon return.

・ Products with detached tags, price tags, or labels.

・ Products with missing wrapping materials.

・ Returns without the required documentation enclosed.

Sale Prices
Prices displayed on the website and sale prices are subject to change without notice.

All prices displayed on the website include consumption tax.

Please note that we cannot provide refunds for price changes that occur after the completion of the purchase process.

Refunds
For returns due to reasons attributable to our company or the shipping carrier, such as damaged products upon arrival, we will refund both the product price and the shipping fee.

● For electronic payments: We will refund the payment to your designated bank account through a simple and secure online money transfer service that allows for sending and receiving funds through a bank account.

After the returned product arrives and is confirmed by our company, we will send you an email regarding the refund process within 1-2 weeks.

Please follow the instructions provided in the email.

● For credit card payments: We will process the refund through the credit card company by changing the payment amount.

When processing the refund, if the initial charge has been finalized due to the credit card closing date, the payment will be withdrawn once and offset or refunded in the following month's usage amount.

Supplementary Provision: These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all users from June 1, 2020.
